I wanted to take now, to write a long chapter about my work.
I have created a small building project – around Magnolia Promenade.
I find the 4 lot combo best place, after Newcrest of a blank slot for a tiny build, to expand for production of small to medium projects..
By doing this, hope to work a practice, that allows me better production of clusters of small communities that overall – larger world projects.
I think if I stick to this method for about a year….
The common thread between these lots is going to be water.
The three smaller lots consist of the following.
Micro to Small Builds is a theme I’m exploring —-
it will require overall my favourite building tool so far for the sims 4.
The two tier home is referred to as a Tiny Home or a 2 Tier Home.
This means it gets 4 buffs, see the rough snapshot I took to demonstrate.
That top on is the most important. However, these are really good ones no matter what.
The top one really is that the skills you put in your household doubles up on skills gain.
Meaning they will skill up on ALL skills in the game, both in base game and in packs.
And when you get to level 8 and beyond it can be so time consuming to get skill.
I only think for this small demonstration I should be “Sleeping” or planning two sims
per house. At least in the two “Tiny Builds” That I plan to demonstrate on these two lots.
this would be two base layouts that I have done some primary testing…
however, I’d be lying if I’m 100% of either builds so far.
They are the two on the left…..
Anyway, the theme is water, A lot of work ahead of me, making sure everything is covered in water as best as I can,
The third (Top right) 30×20 build will be a Vacation Home.
This will follow both the Water Theme and the Thin And Tall Collection theme I am working on.
However, it will be my tribute to Base Game players, so they know that I will keep them in mind, throughout the first year of my new work!
My priority is to make sure I have a fully kitted out, 100% complete build!
I will now set a deadline for that for next October.
For now I have started and committed to a Micro to tiny and Small build with the Tiny Stuff Pack.
But this third build is going to be a Vacation Home that can double up.
I hope to get small limited collection piece set, and downloadable on my own website, but I am unsure so far, weather I will use this name, domain name, Digital-Delboy
or another one.
a more sims appropriate one!
The Final Lot is the big lot of 40 x 30 lot, in top Right now, in this visual demonstration of work committed.
Its an import into this pack selection, which is tight.
I think i only have get to work, and is the odd one out.
This is an apartment build, and I intend to be liberal with pack usage.
People who play the game for a long time, need presentation of craftsmanship too
I need to presenting my work, to those that have committed a lot of money to the Sims 4 EA cashcow.
They deserve my attention and respect too, I am one of them,
so I need to build a world that is Separate and focuses on bigger builds.
I have a huge lot, I want to build with…..
So this is a bit more practice..
And Since The Theme is WATER
I will be experimenting with mermaids.
I hear they are the least fun to play with….
So I am eager to learn what I can play around with, what discoveries I will make with.
I also want to work with making the ground level, sort of spiritual for these people….
may they have some moon gods, or water gods that they prey to as the world emphasis…
but that’s only in rough…
And that’s the 4 lots I am concentrating on folks.
I was going to add more, as I have more news. However I will make one or two more blogs tonight.
Thanks for reading,
I’ll update you again soon.
